Our Accommodation Manager Renê de Lima is originally from Brazil, Renê brings years of experience in the hospitality industry and a solid educational background in hospitality studies.  Renê is dedicated to enhancing guest experiences and effectively addresses challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach.  Known for his great interpersonal skills, Renê values meaningful connections and cultivates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest and team member feels respected.

Our Housekeeping team is led by Lenny Horth, a Chilean graduate in Public Relations and communications.  Lenny is a Housekeeping Supervisor with over 6 years of experience.  High attention to detail, extremely experienced in training new cleaners, is proactive & focused on quick solution and is flexible in her approach.  Lenny is a strong team leader and highly innovative, always working on ways to improve the team and the experience for the guests staying at Highview.

Around and about you’ll find our Duty Manager, Andrea Rocha. Originally from the United States, Andrea comes to us with a lot of spirit and personality. Having a background in Communication Studies, she's had a very broad range of experiences. Starting from having managed classrooms full of school children, to working for a PR firm and operating at remote mountain lodges...She certainly excels in versatility! Whether it’s at reception helping sort out guests, or running around with Housekeeping- you'll always find a smile on her face as she adamantly tries to keep things light. Count on her to aim for a warm and inviting exchange.

Our Marketing is taken care of by Carlyn Topp who is very passionate about the area after spending the majority of ten years racing backwards and forwards from Christchurch then coming to live in this wonderful alpine resort town a little over 14 years ago. Carlyn travels to Australia and throughout New Zealand regularly visiting members of the travel industry letting them know what exciting things are happening in Queenstown and the upgrades that are constantly being undertaken at Highview Apartments so she is aware of the trends and changes happening within our exciting industry. Carlyn has sat on the boards of Destination Queenstown, Queenstown Chamber of Commerce and Hospitality New Zealand helping voice the accommodation sectors issues and concerns.

Lindsey Topp is our other “Big Boss” who prefers to stay in the background and crunch the figures while juggling other business interests.

We have a wide range of staff from South America, Europe and the UK.
